The petitioner is in custody in a case registered under Section 395 of the Indian Penal Code.

The informant has alleged that some unknown persons after breaking lock the miscreants took away ornaments as well as cash of Rs. 45,000/-.

On behalf of the petitioner, it is submitted that the petitioner is in custody since 17.3.2015.Charge sheet has been submitted in this case. The petitioner is not named in the FIR. There is no recovery from the possession of the petitioner. The petitioner was not put on T.I. parade. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner may be released after

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.27542 of 2015 (2) dt.31-07-2015 2/2 completion of nine months in custody from 17.3.2015. On behalf of the State, it is submitted that the petitioner has got criminal antecedent.

Considering the facts aforesaid, let above named petitioner be released on bail, after completion of nine months in custody from 17.3.2015, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned C.J.M., Siwan in Bhagwanpur P.S.Case No.184 of 2011.
