JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 06-05-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. The statement of victim under section 164 of the Cr.P.C was recorded in which she stated that one Chandan Kumar took her to Delhi where they stayed with the petitioner. She also admitted that it was uncle of the petitioner who brought and produced her before the police.

Accordingly, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate 1st class, Barh, Patna, in connection with Mokama P.S.Case No. 40 of 2016.
