The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 498A, 307, 302 and 120B/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The informant, wife of Vinod Raut, made very specific allegation that her husband pushed her and her son into a well but the informant somehow saved herself. The informant could not save her son. No specific allegation is made against the petitioner, who happens to be father in law of the informant. Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner above named is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount
