(i) For issuance of appropriate writ or writs, order or orders for regularization of service of the petitioner from work charge Roller Khalasi to Regular establishment w.e.f.

06.02.2002 i.e.

after completion of 5 (five) years stipulated period under statutory Rule of Krmik and Prashashnik

Patna High Court CWJC No.7764 of 2016(2) dt.13-10-2023 2/2 Sudhar Bibhag, Bihar, Patna.

(ii) For issuance of appropriate writ or writs, order or orders for making the service of the petitioner confirmed because the petitioner has rendered his long services nearby twenty two years and above in Bihar Government Rural Works Department, the then R.E.O.

(iii) For holding that the petitioner has rendered his long services up to 22 years and above in his Rural Works Department and as such he is entitled to be regularized in a regular establishment with all consequential benefits."

After some arguments, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to approach the respondent authorities for redressal of his subsisting grievances, if any. Liberty, so sought, is granted. 3.

Accordingly, the present writ petition stands disposed off.
