The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offence under Sections 366A and 376 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 3 and 6 of the POCSO Act. It is submitted on behalf of petitioner that the victim, in her statement recorded under Section 164 Cr.P.C., has denied the prosecution case and categorically stated that no one has kidnapped her. She also stated that she voluntarily went to Delhi, as her family members were torturing her for solemnizing marriage. The victim has not alleged any wrong against this petitioner.

Learned A.P.P. for the State has opposed the prayer for anticipatory bail.
