The petitioner seeks anticipatory bail in connection with Sonpur P.S.Case No. 739 of 2018, registered for offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 498 (A) and 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 3/4 of Dowry Prohibition Act. Allegation as per F.I.R. against the petitioner, who is husband of the informant, is of subjecting with torture and assaulted due to non fulfillment of demand of dowry. Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that still he is ready to keep the informant with dignity and honour but the informant is not ready to live with the petitioner. Heard learned A.P.P. and learned counsel for the informant.

No.5640 of 2019(3) dt.27-03-2019 2/2 Having heard both sides and in view of the facts and circumstances discussed above, prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the Court below within a period of six weeks from today, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 25,000/- ( Twenty five thousand ) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, 1st, Chapra in connection with Sonpur P.S.Case No. 739 of 2018, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) of Cr.P.C. and one of the bailors of the petitioners shall be a local person having sufficient immovable property within the jurisdiction of the concerned court with further condition that if in future the Opposite Party No.2 had filed a Maintenance case, then the petitioner shall co-operate in disposal of the same.
