JUSTICE RAJEEV RANJAN PRASAD ORAL ORDER 26-04-2019 Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he has already moved before the District Magistrate, Muzaffarpur for redressal of his grievance in accordance with the provisions of the Bihar Targeted Public Distribution System (Control) Order, 2016. It is submitted that the District Magistrate, Muzaffarpur may be directed to pass an appropriate order after considering the grievance of the petitioner.

Learned counsel for the State has no objection to such submission of the learned counsel representing the petitioner.

In the aforesaid view of the matter, this writ

Patna High Court CWJC No.2408 of 2019(2) dt.26-04-2019 2/2 application is being disposed of with a direction to the District Magistrate, Muzaffarpur to look into the grievance of the petitioner as contained in Annexure '5' to the writ application, consider the same and pass a reasoned order after hearing all concerned within a period of three months from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order.
