The petitioner seeks bail in a case under Sections 370, 370(1), 372, 419, 353 and other sections of the Indian Penal Code, Sections 6/8 of the POCSO Act and Sections 3, 4, 5, 7, 8 of the Immoral Traffic (Prevention) Act.

The petitioner was running a brothel. The house of the petitioner was raided and men and women were recovered. It is submitted that other accused persons have already been enlarged on bail. The petitioner is in jail since 06.05.2015. Considering the facts aforesaid, the above named petitioner is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like
