1. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned APP for the State.
2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner had earlier moved this Court seeking anticipatory bail by filing Criminal Miscellaneous No. 54614 of 2024 and the same was allowed by an order dated 06.08.2024 with a condition that the learned trial court before accepting the bail bonds of the petitioner shall verify his criminal antecedent and in the event if it is found that petitioner has antecedent of more than one case, in that event the anticipatory bail order shall not be given effect to. It is submitted that petitioner, in Criminal Miscellaneous No. 54614 of 2024 at Para-3, had pleaded that he had antecedent of one case but when the petitioner surrendered for seeking anticipatory bail in compliance of the order dated
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.6211 of 2025(2) dt.04-04-2025 2/2 06.08.2024 in Criminal Miscellaneous No. 54614 of 2024, it transpired that petitioner has antecedent of five cases, as such, the petitioner by concealing his antecedent had obtained anticipatory bail in Criminal Miscellaneous No. 54614 of 2024, as such, the Court is not inclined to extend the privilege of anticipatory bail to the petitioner.
3. Accordingly, the instant anticipatory bail application stands rejected.
