The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Special Case no.9926 of 2019, arising out of Barh P.S. Case No.541 of 2019, registered for the offence under Section 25(1-b)a/26 of the Arms Act and Section 37(c) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act,2016.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner is moving in a drunken stage and he is apprehended by the police on the allegation of recovery of loaded country made pistol along with a live cartridge. He submits that the petitioner has falsely been implicated in the present case and nothing has been recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioner. He further submits that the

Case No.498 of 2015, in which he has already been granted bail. The petitioner is in custody since 10.11.2019. Considering the above facts and circumstances, let the petitioner above named be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Special Judge, Excise, Patna in connection with Special Case no.9926 of 2019, arising out of Barh P.S. Case No.541 of 2019.
