Petitioner is in jail custody since 30.10.2014 on the accusation that one country made pistol as well as one cartridge were recovered from his conscious possession. Petitioner does not have any criminal antecedent, except one case i.e. K. Hat (Sahayak) P.S. Case No. 743 of 2014.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with
