2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Natvaar P.S. Case No.165 of 2023, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 420, 467, 468 and 120(b) of the Indian Penal Code.
3. As per the prosecution case, the allegation against the petitioner is that he used to commit fraud on people in Bank and upon information he was caught and confessed his guilt.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has committed no offence. He further submits that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case only on the basis of suspicion and except the confessional statement there is nothing against the petitioner. He also submits that neither the bank employee nor any victim had made complaint against the petitioner. He further submits that the other similarly situated accused persons, namely, Ram Kumar @ Ram Pukar Pandey and Anil Kumar have already been granted bail by this Court vide order dated 16.01.2024 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 86245 of 2023. He also submits that the petitioner has two criminal antecedent he is in jail custody since 27.09.2023. He further submits that the charge-sheet has already been submitted and the petitioner undertakes to co-operate in the trial.
5. Learned APP for the State has opposed the prayer for regular bail of the petitioner.
6. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions of learned counsel for the parties, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial
