The name of petitioner surfaced in this case in the confessional statement of co-accused Pramod Kumar, from whose possession the stolen articles were recovered and so far as petitioner is concerned, it is stated that one Khanti, which has been used in committing crime, was recovered from his house. Petitioner does not have any criminal antecedent and is languishing in jail custody since 21.03.2015. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with
