Petitioner is an advocate and accusation against him is that he pressurized the informant, who happens to be a government employee, for doing illegal work. Petitioner is in jail custody since16.05.2015.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of SubDivisional Judicial Magistrate, Masaurhi in connection with Masaurhi P.S.Case No.164 of 2015.
