2. The present petition has been preferred for the grant of following relief(s):
"for appropriate writ or writs, order or orders, to take immediate and appropriate action on the Petitioner's representations dated 11/01/2025 and 28.02.2025 and to protect the Petitioner's lawful possession and title over his ancestral land, which is being illegally occupied

3. Let the petitioner appear before the respondent no.4, the Circle Officer, Andar, Siwan in next four weeks alongwith the copy of the order and the Circle Officer, Andar, Siwan is duty bound to decide the matter in next eight weeks. Failure to take a decision, the concerned respondent may face an adverse order.
4. The writ petition is disposed of with the aforesaid observation.
