The petitioner seeks bail in Karja P.S. Case No. 185/2012, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 376, 511 and other Sections of the Indian Penal Code.

The petitioner is alleged to have entered into the house of the informant and made attempt to outrage the modesty of her daughters.

It is submitted that the petitioner is co-sharer of the informant. No occurrence as alleged by the informant have taken place. Complaint petition was filed. The petitioner is in jail since 19.04.2015.

Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner above

Patna High Court Cr.Misc.
