JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 03-04-2019 The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with LNMU P.S.Case No. 202 of 2018 registered under Sections 307, 323, 341 and 342/34 of the Indian penal Code and 27 of the Arms Act.

Allegation against the petitioner is of firing on the informant causing injury on his neck.

Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that its a case of false implication Heard learned APP also who has opposed the prayer of anticipatory bail drawing attention towards injury report that shows injury on the neck.

Having heard both sides and in view of the facts and circumstances, as stated above, I am not inclined to grant

No.6768 of 2019(3) dt.03-04-2019 2/2 privilege of anticipatory bail to him rather he should surrender within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and make prayer for regular bail, which shall be considered and disposed of on its own merit without being prejudiced by this order.
