In this case, the petitioner is seeking anticipatory bail in connection with Ghoghardiha P.S. Case No. 81 of 2018, registered for the offence punishable under Section 304(B)/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The petitioner is mother-in-law of the victim. Allegation has been made that poison was administered to the victim, but the order-sheet shows that on postmortem it has been found that she has been killed by throttling. Looking to the nature of allegation, this Court is
