2. In this case, the petitioner is seeking regular bail in connection with Murliganj P.S. Case No. 437 of 2024, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 25(1-B)a, 26 and 35 of the Arms Act and Sections 8(c), 21(b) and 22 of the N.D.P.S. Act.
3. As per allegation, 10 gms of smack and a loaded country made pistol was recovered from the possession of the petitioner.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that he is innocent and has falsely been implicated.
5. On the other hand, learned Additional Public
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.8321 of 2025(3) dt.08-05-2025 2/2 Prosecutor opposes the prayer for bail by submitting that the alleged smack and country made loaded pistol was recovered from the possession of the petitioner and he is also involved in Murliganj P.S. Case No. 418 of 2024 registered under Sections 25(1-B)a, 26 and 35 of the Arms Act.
6. Considering the aforementioned facts and circumstances, the petitioner does not deserve the privilege of bail, which is accordingly rejected.
