JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 13-05-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. The informant was agent of Prasitine Industries Ltd and he has made complaint against the directors of the aforesaid company. The informant admitted in his written report that petitioner was also an agent of the aforesaid company but the informant has nowhere leveled any sort of allegation against the petitioner.

Accordingly, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of SubDivisional Judicial Magistrate, Sheikhpura in connection with Ariari P.S.Case No. 129 of 2014.
