The statement of victim was recorded under section 161 of the Cr.P.C which is evident from para 32 of the case diary. The aforesaid statement of the victim reflects that she was in love with the petitioner. The victim was found major by the doctor. Considering the facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Katihar in Kadwa P.S. Case no. 142/2014.
