Petitioners seek bail in a case registered under sections 419, 420, 467, 468, 471 of the Indian Penal Code as well as section 10 of the Bihar School Examination Control Act, 1981. Petitioners and some others were caught by the police while they were allegedly found indulged in helping the candidates in examination but admittedly, they were caught outside the center and having similar allegation some co-accused have already been granted privilege of bail by this court.

Accordingly, petitioners are directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs 10,000/- each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Buxar in Dumrawn P.S. Case no. 75/2016.
