JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 31-07-2015 Petitioner is languishing in custody since 24.04.2015 in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 399/402 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 25(1-B)a/26/35 of the Arms Act.

On information that miscreants are preparing to commit dacoity, raid was laid when from the possession of petitioner two live cartridges, one mobile and one motorcycle were recovered.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that petitioner has no criminal antecedent and a statement to that effect has been made in para 3 of the petition. Moreover the investigation has already concluded. Considering the aforesaid facts, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like
