Petitioners are in custody in connection with Phulwarisharif P.S. Case No. 714 of 2019 for the offence under sections 419, 420, 467, 468, 471, 472, 120(B) of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that petitioners have no criminal antecedent.

Allegation against these petitioners is that they were involved in impersonating the candidates for competitive examination.

The petitioners are in custody since 23.7.2019 and

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.6315 of 2020(2) dt.03-02-2020 2/2 similarly circumstanced other co-accused has been granted bail by this Court.

Considering the fact that petitioners have no criminal antecedent and similarly circumstanced other co-accused has been granted bail by this Court, the Court is inclined to grant bail to the petitioners, let the petitioners, named above, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 50,000/- (Fifty thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of A.C.J.M. IX, Patna, in connection with Phulwarisharif P.S. Case No. 714 of 2019.
