The petitioner seeks bail in a case under Section 392 of the Indian Penal Code.
The informant registered a case against unknown leveling allegation of looting his truck loaded with wheat. The petitioner is not named in the FIR. Nothing has been recovered from the possession of the petitioner. The name of the petitioner figured in the case in the confessional statement of one co-accused Upendra Sao. The petitioner has not been put under T.I. Parade although he is in custody since 24.3.2015.
Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the above named petitioner is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.27875 of 2015 (2) dt.03-08-2015 2/2 sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Nawada, in Akbarpur PS Case No. 181 of 2014.
