The petitioner seeks bail in Chakai P.S. Case No. 43/2015, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 16, 17, 18, 19, 20, 21, 22 of the U.A.P. Act.

The informant alleged that some naxalites had assembled. On chase, one Raju Yadav was apprehended who disclosed the name of the petitioner. The petitioner has got no criminal antecedent and nothing has been recovered from the possession of the petitioner.

Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner above named is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Sessions Judge, Jamui in connection with Chakai P.S. Case No. 43/2015.
