====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE RAJENDRA KUMAR MISHRA ORAL ORDER ---------------- 04-05-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned A.P.P. for the State.

The petitioners seek bail in connection with Magadh Medical Police Station Case No.75 of 2016 registered under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 337, 353 and 504 of the Indian Penal Code.

The accusation is that the informant being the Circle Officer, Gaya, alongwith police personnel reached village-

No.19259 of 2016 (2) dt.04-05-2016 2/2 Paharpur for removing the encroachment in respect to Plot No.158 of Khata No.77 where the petitioners and others started to abuse and brick batting causing injuries on the police personnel. In that course, petitioners and others also sustained injuries. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners submits that the petitioners were only present at the time of occurrence and on mere suspicion, they have been implicated in this case. The petitioners are in jail custody since 31.03.2016. It is further submitted that the injuries sustained by the police personnel are simple in nature.

Having regard to the facts and the circumstances of the case, the petitioners, above named, are directed to be released on bail on their furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the A.C.J.M.-IV, Gaya, in connection with Magadh Medical Police Station Case No.75 of 2016 (G.R. No.1650 of 2016).
