JUSTICE SHIVAJI PANDEY ORAL ORDER 16-06-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. In this case, petitioner is seeking bail in Begusarai Town (Ratanpur) P.S.Case No. 750 of 2014 registered u/s 147, 149, 341, 323, 307, 504, 506 and 337 IPC.

It appears that on 11th December 2014 the petitioner and others started hurling abuses and with intention to kill, the petitioner had given a blow by iron rod on the head of the informant and his brother which led to oozing of blood and they became unconscious. When the informant side had objected he had started brick batting in which mother of the informant also received injury.

Counsel for the petitioner submits that the real fact is otherwise. They wanted to forcibly occupy the land of petitioner

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.19004 of 2015 (2) dt.16-06-2015 2/2 and on protest this informant then started assaulting the petitioner and others, lodged the counter case, vide Begusarai Town (Ratanpur) P.S.Case No. 772 of 2014. Petitioner is in custody since 20th February 2015.

In the facts and circumstances of the case, petitioner Guddu Kumar is directed to be released on bail on his furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Begusarai in connection with Begusarai Town (Ratanpur) P.S.Case No. 750 of 2014.
