2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Guraru P.S. Case No. 124 of 2022 lodged under Sections 341, 354B, 504, 323 and 34 of the I.P.C.
3. As per the prosecution case, the F.I.R. has been lodged against seven persons in which petitioner is not named accused person by his name rather by virtue of his relation with other accused persons, he has been made accused. The informant has disclosed that outrage of modesty has been done with the informant by holding her hand by the accused persons.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has committed no offence. He submits that the allegation as per the F.I.R. is that he has caught hand of

5. Counsel further submits that petitioner is in custody since 28.10.2023 having clean antecedent.
6. Learned counsel for the State opposes the prayer for bail.

In the present facts and circumstances of this case and the submissions made above, let the petitioner above named, be granted bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.30,000/- (Rupees Thirty thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned A.C.J.M., Gaya in connection with Guraru P.S. Case No. 124 of 2022, subject to the following conditions as laid down under Section 437(3) of Cr.P.C. (Dr. Anshuman, J.) Prakashmani/- U T
