The petitioners are languishing in custody since 08.03.2015 in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 363 and 366A/34 of the Indian Penal Code. The prosecution case is that the daughter of the informant Nasrin Khatoon aged about 16 years went missing on 05.03.2015. Subsequently the informant came to know through villagers that Sahid Ali and petitioners abducted the daughter of the informant.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.26934 of 2015 (2) dt.28-07-2015 2/2 petitioners that the victim girl was in love with Sahid Ali with whom the victim eloped and petitioners have been roped in the present case since they are father and cousin of Sahid Ali. Moreover, the investigation has already concluded. A statement has been made in paragraph 3 of the petition that the petitioners have no criminal antecedent. Considering the aforesaid facts, let the above named petitioners, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Sitamarhi in connection with Sitamarhi (Mehsaul) P.S. Case No. 194 of 2015.
