The petitioner, who is an unsuccessful candidate for being appointed as Anganwari Sewika at Centre Code No. 204 situated in Ward No. 3, Harpur Bhindi, Morwa in the district of Samastipur, has challenged the appointment of private respondent no. 9 on the ground that her appointment is de hors the rules.

Patna High Court CWJC No.2080 of 2019 dt.07-02-2019 2/2 It appears that the petitioner has been barking up the wrong tree for redressal of her grievances.

The petitioner is permitted to make a fresh representation before the District Programme Officer, Samastipur, ventilating all her grievances within a period of four weeks from today. On receipt of such representation, the District Programme Officer, Samastipur shall look into the entire set of facts and would pass an order after hearing private respondent no. 9, within a period of eight weeks thereafter.

With the aforesaid direction/ observation, this writ petition stands disposed off.
