Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under Sections-304(A), 120(B), 420 & 506 of the Indian Penal Code. Petitioner appears to be purchaser and submission on behalf of the petitioner is that there was some dispute between the informant and vendors of the petitioner and that is the reason, this false case has been brought by the informant against the petitioner.

Considering the above-said facts and circumstances of the case as well as submission of the parties, let the petitioner named above, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each
