Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 419, 420, 467, 468, 471/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

One Vikash Kumar went to give his joining at State Bank of India, Anisabad Brach and it is stated that petitioner had also accompanied the aforesaid Vikash Kumar but in course of verification, it was found that aforesaid Vikash Kumar had produced fake joining letter. Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.19950 of 2016 (2) dt.06-05-2016 2/2 accused, Vikash Kumar but petitioner also stated that it was one Dipak, who prepared forged joining letter and gave to Vikash Kumar. So far as petitioner is concerned, he happens to be relative of co-accused, Vikash Kumar and it is petitioner who introduced the co-accused, Dipak to above stated Vikash Kumar. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Smt. Sangeeta Rani, Judicial Magistrate 1st Class, Patna in connection with Gardanibagh P.S. Case No. 54 of 2016.
