Duplicate Tulsi Zarda is said to have been recovered from the shop of the co-accused Nasim, who disclosed before the informant that the said duplicate Tulsi Zarda has been supplied to him by the petitioner. Petitioner is in jail custody since 06.03.2016 without having any criminal antecedent.

Accordingly, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Begusarai in connection with Begusarai Town P.S.Case No. 105 of 2016.
