JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 18-01-2019 Admittedly, there is a remedy of filing an execution/ contempt petition before the District Teachers Appellate Authority, in case the order of the said Authority is not obeyed by the respondents.

Having regard to the remedy available to the petitioner before the District Teachers Appellate Authority, Purnea, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks to withdraw the present writ petition with liberty to move the said authority.
