JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 03-08-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioner is named in the first information report with accusation that he put firearm on informant and demanded Rs. 50,000/- in extortion.

Admittedly, the seized firearm was recovered by private person and it appears that petitioner does not have any criminal antecedent.

Accordingly, above named, petitioner is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate,1st class, Masaurhi, Patna in connection with Bhagwanganj P.S.Case No. 10 of 2015.
