The petitioner seeks bail in Ishuapur P.S. Case No. 145 of 2014, registered for the offences punishable under Section 302 and other Sections of the Indian Penal Code.

The FIR is lodged against three unknown persons. The Officer-in-Charge Ishuapur P.S. was shot dead near a Bank. During course of the investigation it has come that the petitioner is sister of the accused Kailash Singh @ Chek Singh and the motorcycle of the accused was kept in the house of the petitioner after the occurrence. There is no allegation that any lady participated in the crime. Only three male accused are said to have fired causing death of Sanjay Kumar Tiwary.

Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner above named is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.
