Mr. Rajesh Kumar, A.C. to G.P.-3 ====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE SANDEEP KUMAR ORAL ORDER 25-02-2023 In this case, the petitioner is challenging the order dated 24.03.2017 passed by the Principal Judge, Family Court, Motihari, in Maintenance Case No. 256 of 2015, by which the learned Court below has directed the petitioner to pay a maintenance amount of Rs.5000/- per month to the respondent no.2.
When the matter is called out, no one is present on behalf of the petitioner to press this application. Therefore, it seems that the petitioner has lost interest in the matter. Moreover, I find no illegality in the impugned order by which maintenance of Rs.5000/- per month has been granted to the respondent no.2.
Patna High Court CR. WJC No.1236 of 2017(2) dt.25-02-2023 2/2 In this view of the matter, this writ application is dismissed.
