The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Noorsarai P.S. Case No. 37 of 2020 registered under Sections 341, 323, 307, 384, 386, 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in the present case. Further he contended that both the parties have compromised the case, as contained in Annexure-4 to the bail application.

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.15685 of 2021(2) dt.20-12-2021 2/2 within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing personal bond to the satisfaction of A.C.J.M.-VII, Biharsharif (Nalanda) in connection with Noorsarai P.S. Case No. 37 of 2020, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr. P.C.
