Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under section 376 and other allied sections of the Indian Penal Code as well as section 27 of the Arms Act.

The written report of the informant reflects that she was a consenting party and so far as non-payment of wages is concerned, the same was due upon father of the petitioner.

Moreover, petitioner in jail custody since 21.2.2016. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Nalanda at Biharsharif in Mahila P.S.
