Petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Charpokhari P.S.Case No236 of 2015 , registered for offences punishable under Sections 379 and 411 of the Indian Penal Code.
As per FIR, the informant on some sound woke up and caught one thief who disclosed the name of the petitioner as his accomplish.
Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that except the confessional statement there is nothing against him and there is no recovery and he has no criminal antecedent.

No.3264 of 2020(2) dt.24-01-2020 2/2 Having heard both sides and in view of the facts and circumstances, as stated above, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned court below, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Twenty Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned SDJM, Bhojpur at Ara in connection with Charpokhari P.S.Case No.236 of 2015, subject to conditions as laid down under Section 438
(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
