Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 20(b)(ii)(c), 21(c), 22(c), 23(c) of Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act. Huge quantity of Ganja was recovered from a Truck parked by the side of the road. A Swift Dzire was also parked thereat, however, two persons were on a motorcycle. When they saw the escort of police party, they started fleeing. Both were apprehended. One was co-accused-Sonu Singh @ Sonu Kumar Singh who has already been allowed bail by a Coordinate Bench of this Court in Cr. Misc. No.14705 of 2021. Another was this petitioner. Nothing was recovered from physical possession of the petitioner. Petitioner is in custody since 25.06.2020. Investigation of the case is already complete.

No.16038 of 2021(3) dt.29-09-2021 2/2 Considering the fact that only material is suspicion against the petitioner, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below where the case is pending in connection with Baghaila Police Station Case No.39 of 2020 with following conditions:

(a) Both the bailors shall be resident of territorial jurisdiction of the learned Court-below.

(b) The petitioner shall fully cooperate with the trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.

(c) The petitioner shall not leave the country without permission of the trial Court.
