Informant expressed his suspicion against the petitioners and others on the ground that prior to her marriage petitioner no.1 had sweet relation with the deceased- Pratap and on the alleged date of occurrence, she had called the deceased persons on their mobile. Admittedly, none has seen the actual killing of the deceased and only on the basis of suspicion and some circumstantial evidence, petitioners have been charge sheeted in this case. Accordingly, petitioners are directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs 10,000/- each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Addl. Sessions Judge I, Purnea in Sessions trial no. 47/2015 arising out of Baisi P.S. Case no. 183/2014.
