The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections395, 323, 342, 394, 504 of the Indian Penal Code and 27 of the Arms Act.

It is alleged that the petitioner and others put towel around the neck of the informant and this petitioner snatched Rs.12,000/- from the pocket of the informant. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that on 08.04.2015 the petitioner filed informatory petition before the learned CJM, Begusarai being Informatory

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.28933 of 2015 (2) dt.24-07-2015 2/2 Petition No. 1940 of 2015 then the present case was registered with frivolous allegations on 02.05.2015 for the occurrence of 12.04.2015.

Considering the delayed lodging of the case and the informatory petition filed by the petitioner at earlier point of time, it is a case for consideration the prayer for regular bail of the petitioner, if the petitioner surrenders before the learned court below within a period of six weeks from today in connection with Begusarai Muffasil P.S. Case No. 148 of 2015 pending in the court of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Begusarai.

With the aforesaid observation, this application is disposed of.
