The petitioner seeks bail in Mohammadpur P.S. Case No. 74 of 2014, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 395 of the Indian Penal Code.

The petitioner is not named in the FIR. Nothing has been recovered from the possession of the petitioner. Name of the petitioner figured in the case in the confessional statement of coaccused Vajir Ahmad. Except the confession the police did not collect any further material to show the involvement of the petitioner.

Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner above named is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount
