Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the State.

Petitioner's claim of MACP is pending consideration pursuant to his application dated 23.06.2022, copy of which is Anneuxre-7 to the writ petition.

In view thereof, a limited grievance is raised regarding pendency of the claim and that the Executive Engineer, Respondent No. 5, has still not taken any decision on the petitioner's claim.

In view of the limited nature of grievance and since
Patna High Court CWJC No.1447 of 2023(2) dt.21-06-2023 2/2 issue is pending consideration before Respondent No. 5, no adjudication is required in the instant proceedings. 5.
The writ application, therefore, need not be kept pending and is disposed of with direction to Respondent No. 5 to dispose of the petitioner's claim within 8 weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order. Should any admissible dues be found, the same will be required to be paid within 4 weeks thereafter.
