2. Petitioner apprehends arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under sections 147, 148 , 149, 341 , 323 , 353 , 307 and 188 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per the prosecution case, on 21.06.2022 at about 0630 PM. a quarrel took place between the boys of two villages Barhara and Ekauna in which both sides sustained injury and this petitioner is said to be the member of the mob.

4. It is submitted that petitioner has falsely implicated in this false and concocted case . The petitioner was neither the member of any group nor he was present at the place of occurrence . There is general and omnibus allegation against

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.11396 of 2024(2) dt.22-02-2024 2/2 this petitioner and no specific overt act is alleged against him. Similarly situated co-accused persons have already granted bail by this Court vide order dated 20.02.2024 in Cr. Misc. No. 8679 of 2024 .

5. Learned counsel for the State opposes the bail petition of the petitioner.

6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, in the event of arrest or surrender within six weeks from today, let the petitioner, as named above, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate , Bhojpur, Ara in connection with Barhara P.S. case No. 454 of 2022 subject to the conditions laid down under section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
