2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Mahila P.S. Case No. 38 of 2025 registered for the offence under Sections 64, 123, 318(4) and 78 of the BNS.

3. As per the prosecution case, the petitioner is accused of having established sexual relationship with the victim for more than a year.

4. The petitioner is in custody since 22.09.2025.

5. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and he has falsely been implicated in this case. He further submits that from the statement of the victim girl, who is a major, it appears that the petitioner and the informant were in a relationship.

6. Considering the aforesaid facts, this application is allowed.

7. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned concerned Court below in connection with Mahila P.S. Case No. 38 of 2025.
