Renewal prayer has been made on the ground that the petitioner has been in custody since 19.06.2014 and that there has been a finding recorded by the concerned District Magistrate that there was no shortage in the stock position.

The Court had on earlier occasion while passing order dated 24.09.2014 had had the detailed view of the facts and it does not find any reason to review its order, the petition is again dismissed.
