JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 15-01-2015 Petitioner is languishing in custody since 28.10.2013 in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 20, 22, 23, 24 of the N.D.P.S. Act. The recovery is of 12 Kgs of ganja from the possession of the petitioner.

A statement has been made in para 3 of the petition that petitioner has no criminal antecedent. Considering the fact that petitioner has no criminal antecedent and the recovery is between small and commercial quantity, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned 1st Additional District & Sessions Judge, East Champaran, Motihari in connection with Raxaul P.S.
